2009 PGA Spring Meeting April 3-4, 2009

ORAK Grotto wishes to welcome you to Bradford, PA for the 2009 PGA Spring Meeting honoring President Bob Lorenz and his Lady Theresa.

 

The host Hotel is the Best Western of Bradford. The room rates are $83.93 double occupancy. Please make room reservations directly through the hotel, and mention ORAK Grotto for the group rate.

Cutoff date for room rates is March 20, 2009.

 

Friday night is dinner on your own. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. A list and directions will be available when you pick up your registration. The hospitality room will be open from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and reopen at 8:00 PM.

 

Saturday’s meeting is at the Masonic Center. This is a short drive from the hotel and directions will be available. There will be coffee and donuts available at the Center before the meeting. A men’s luncheon will follow the meeting.

 

 

The Ladies Brunch is at the Desoto Holiday House at 9:30 AM. This is a 2 to 3 minute drive from the hotel.

 

The President’s Banquet will be at the Bradford Club, also a short drive. Cocktail hour is from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM. The lineup for the Officers is 6:45 PM, and the Banquet will begin at 7:00 PM. The hospitality room will be open immediately following the conclusion of the Banquet back at the hotel.

 

There are a few points of interest in the Bradford area. The Zippo – Case Museum and Store and of course the Seneca Allegany Casino in Salamanca, New York.
